7		Products and Services
7.1		Icon Insurance provides Office Insurance Professional Indemnity Insurance and Commercial Legal Expenses Insurance. Details of our products can be found by following the links on the Home Page. Each product page provides an option for a quotation to be requested after the completion of an on-line proposal form.
7.2		An applicants submission of an application form constitutes and offer that may be either accepted or rejected by Icon Insurance.
7.3		The following conditions will specifically apply to any application for insurance cover made via this Internet Website. 7.3.1     Cover is only available to residents of the UK subject to the specific limits detailed on the relevant application. 7.3.2     All quotations provided by Icon Insurance are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. In no circumstances will cover commence until confirmed by Icon Insurance, either in writing or by email. 7.3.3     Once cover has been arranged and confirmed by Icon Insurance, full policy documentation will be issued by post without avoidable delay. 7.3.4     Icon Insurance reserves the right to cancel cover from inception if any of the questions on any application have not fully and truthfully been answered. 7.3.5     Any insurance cover will be provided subject to further full terms and conditions of the applicable policy (which is available by contacting one of our advisers on 0845 603 5785 or by sending an email to enquiries@icon-insurance.com) 7.3.6     Cover is provided subject to the receipt by Icon Insurance of the correct premium, which is payable on invoice by cheque, credit/debit card or in some cases by instalments. Once payment is received the applicant will receive confirmation by post or email, and a receipt issued. 7.3.7     Neither Icon Insurance nor their underwriters, agents or anyone acting on their behalf will be held liable for any non-receipt of applications for any reason. Cover will not be deemed to be in place until confirmation of receipt has been forwarded to the applicant by Icon Insurance. 7.3.8     Any contract formed between Icon Insurance and/or underwriter or insurer and an applicant will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court in England and Wales.
8		Updates Your use of this Internet Website is governed by terms and conditions in force at that time. Icon Insurance reserves the right to alter the contents of this Internet Website and/or these terms and conditions at any time and from time to time without prior notice. The last update was made in May 2004.
