Laptop damage claims

Once you have completed and submitted the claim form, obtain a repair estimate from your local repairer or contact our approved national repairer CTS Ltd on 01634 681111 (www.cts-business-solutions.com) Make sure you tell them you are an Icon customer.

Theft claims

Please ensure you have notified the police immediately on discovery of the theft or attempted theft. You will need the police crime reference number when completing your claim form.

Replacing stolen equipment

Your policy provides cover for replacing items with a similar specification to the original, depending on what's currently available.

Mobile phone claim

If your mobile phone has been stolen you need to notify the police and ask your network provider to cancel your IMEI number to stop the thief from using your phone.
